Abstract

Abstracts: the present article is dedicated to the problem of cooperation and competition between companies. A matrix of types of markets (based on “cooperationcompetion” criteria) is proposed. New notions of competitors’ marketing and competitors’ relations are formulated. The notion of markting communications is amended. Main types of cooperation with competitors are analyzed.
